I like her teaching style. She makes powerpoint outlines for her lectures which are available on the Blackboard. Not sure if this all the time, but she did for Fall 2005 since this was the first time I'm taking her. She teaches 302 which follows. Both of her classes, she has a conference class 107 that is for the discussions. The teacher assistants handle this and that's taken on a Pass/Fail. The 107 is mandatory. She's pretty understanding to your situations. Her tests are made by her since her classes are smaller due to CONNEXUS. She uses the Homework Service and that's where all of your homework assignments are generated. She explains her stuff. I liked her and would recommend her without reservation.

Review from a student who took 107
The professor does not teach this part of the discussion. This is done by the TA !!! and TA does change each semester. But my question is how can someone fail this course?!? It's on a pass/fail basis!! The only way you fail is if you don't show up for it SO my advice to anyone who takes LaBrake and this 107 is mandatory is to ATTEND the darn DISCUSSION!!! LaBrake is totally worth it though. Although the homework assignments on the Homework Service could be minimized, but hey that what those two hours a week in the discussion class are for. IT should give you enough time to work and exchange answers for the problems and get help from the TA.
