Review from a student who took CH 301
Professor Fakhreddine is an excellent lecturer. She can be funny at times and she likes to explain Chemistry in her own unique style. For solving problems, she uses a projector and the chalk board. She also likes to use 3D models when discussing Molecular Structure and Bonding theories. There are 2 HW assignments, with questions ranging from 30-44 questions, before each Exam. There are four Exams and the Final Exam. Luckily, she will Drop the lowest exam. If you want to do well, do the practice sheets, posted online before each class, goto discussions and sit in the front. Good Luck.

Dr. Fakhreddine is the most caring, passionate, and relatable professor I have ever had. You can tell she truly wants to be there and teach the material and wants her students to understand. If you are struggling, she will meet with you and help you understand what you need to do in order to succeed. She has an amazing, funny, and carefree personality in a way. Don't get me wrong though. You definitely still have to work for your grade and put effort in. She doesn't reward laziness. You have to work hard to get that A, but she makes her lectures very engaging and entertaining.
