Dr. Su isnt a great lecturer, infact she might be one of the worst. Luckily we had a good TA, probably one of the best TAs I've ever had for a class. Anyway, to get an A, you basically have to memorize whatever is listed on her syllabus, her tests are mostly short answers which means be ready for a lot of writing...its alot work before exams, but its not that bad - I've had worse...

I took this class in the fall of 03 and she was the worst professor I have had so far at UT. She is a terrible lecturer and goes much much to fast, often covering up to 5 chapters for one exam. She constantly promised from the beginning that she curves at the end of the semester and bumps alot of people up to As. My grade was not bumped up even though I signed in on all the attendance dates, went to office hrs, and had earned the grade that she said was considered 'borderline' and that she said would be curved up. Take a different professor for cell bio.
