Review from a student who took CH456
I liked Dr. Shear. He seemed very laid back and eager to help his students. Kind of a strong contrast with his wife, Ruth Shear who also teaches the lab section of the class. Probably a good bet to take him because he seems like a really nice guy and the course load isn't too bad. I'm basically a B student all the way around and I'm bordering an A in the class. Just study for the tests and try your best on the labs, easy A.
