Review from a student who took PHY 303L
I didn't think she was a very good professor even though I ended up with an A in class. She is definately very smart but there is some lack of communication to convery that knowledge easily to students. Her tests were pretty hard and sometimes more extensive than class material. She does have the best interest of students in her heart and is very nice if you go to her office hours. She is smart, she is just not a very good teacher.

She is the greatest physics professor that you can ever take for PHY 303L. She is a very caring and understanding person.
Review from a student who took PHY 303L
She is one of the best teachers I have ever had! She is really caring and has the best interest of her students at heart. This is a very difficult class, but she always does everything she can to help her students understand. When our class did really horrible on the third quiz, she gave us the opportunity to take a make-up quiz. I am really glad that she decided to do that, because I made a better grade on the make-up. I think that Dr. Paban is the best physics teacher you could have at UT. I have really enjoyed her class and her enthusiasm to get us to learn something.
Review from a student who took PHY 303L
Dr. Paban is one of the best physics profs at UT. She doesn't make you buy the CPS remote, and attendance is optional. Her final, which she writes herself, is also much easier than the tests, which are written by all the profs together, that you take during the semester. She's also pretty funny in class. All in all a great, caring professor.
