My favororite Professor and class at UT so far. It was definitely the most rewarding and interesting, but also the most demanding. The literature is great, but you really have to pay attention and work. After taking this course, I have devoloped the notion that all English people are perverted, not just from the works, but from Prof. Cullingford's sexual interpretations and comments.

Dr. Cullingford is an AWESOME professor. However, her class is not easy. You must attend lecture everyday because in every lecture there is valuable information for tests. Her lectures are really entertaining. If you are a visual/audial learner, I really recommend this class. She plays music and the beginning of each lecture and has powerpoint slides throughout it all. If you are willing to work, ,this class is very enjoyable and rewarding. Plus, she picks out great literature so the reading aspect of it really isn't bad at all. I highly recommend this professor.

she is very nice to go with personal problems, or even while she is lecturing. the TA's r wonderful. the give good grades too, fair play over all. her tests need good reading of the book, and you should be able to fly all the way through.
