Review from a student who took ME 324
Traver is the easiest professor I've ever had. Including 2 years at community college. Do his homework; it's like 40% of your grade. Or, perhaps don't, just get an A on his (open book) final and he'll probably pass you with at least a 'B'. He enjoys giving out high grades. The downside, you'll learn close to nothing. He is really nice and likes to tell stories in class. He's a genius and can will work out any problem in class you ask him to. If you can trust yourself to try an learn dynamics and pay attention to his problems without ever really being challenged, then take him. If your afraid of taking a harder professor and want an easy 'A', then take him. If difficulty is a measure of how much you learn to be well prepared for future classes, then take someone else.

Traver is an easy proff and over all an awesome guy. He doesn't lecture really well and you'll have to learn much of the material by yourself, but as long as you do your HW and take the Exams you will get an A or a B.
