Dr. Wheat is one of the nicest professors around, but word is that she does not curve, hence the tagline "she'll fail you with a smile". (I can't tell you if she does or doesn't because I ended up getting the grade that I've been making on all my past exams) Anyway, her lectures are really organized (outline format) with an average workload. Her 3 exams are pretty fair, and you know what to expect from her if you've seen her old past exams b/c she keeps the same style. btw, she makes you memorize all equations needed. Her final exam, however, is killer - it was about 14 pages long (as opposed to her regular exams of 2-3 pages long). She did include a formula sheet so it helps a little. Overall, her class was alright - materials wasn't one of my favorite classes but I'm glad I took her instead of Ralls....

If you're good at memorizing the book, you will probably do well on her tests. The final exam I took was about 7-8 pages long, with 5-6 questions on each page... so good luck! Lectures are OK, but it gets boring sometimes. Homework problems relate directly to lectures. By the way, don't expect a curve, because there'll never be one!
