Review from a student who took soc 321k
This professor was one of the most boring professors I have ever had at UT. Many people would either fall asleep during his lectures or not come at all. He lectures straight from the assigned reading, quoting everything and paraphrasing very little. He claims that he MUST have a percentage of C's, D's and F's so he ensures this by scaling rhe grades accordingly. Therefore, the grading method was not fair to say the least. I would avoid him if at all possible. I took him for the course entitled "Violence" and he was able to make the topic of violence boring.
