Review from a student who took SOC 317L
Dr. Pullum knows his stuff. But that's the most complimentary thing to say. The lectures are dry and uninteresting, even if you, like me, are interested in the subject. If you're going to take this class with him, though, the key to doing well is completing all the assignments on time. Failing to do so is the only reason I got a B. The material isn't that hard, but the homework counts for alot.
