Review from a student who took Bio365w
Dr. Harris is a really nice guy, but not a very good lecturer. You'll have 3 exams and a powerpoint presentation, which counts exactly like an exam. You're allowed to drop one of these four grades. The first couple of tests were a bit challenging with averages in the mid C's. The presentations in place of Exam 3 was graded really generousely and I think everyone got an A or a B. The final was also pretty easy, but I didn't study for it. I made a 76, without having gone to lecture once in a month or any studying for it. All in all, its a pretty easy B, but a lot more work for an A. The topics aren't all that interesting and he doesn't go into the molecular mechanisms behind drugs very much. I recommend Principles of Drug Action with Mihic instead of this class
