He's more than fair. As hard as this class is supposed to be with other professors, it's actually a joke with him. Head's up, though: HW is worth 20%, so if you don't do a lot of it, it can drop you a whole letter grade.

I took him Fall 2005. The class was supposed to be very hard with other proffessors, but he made it so you have to think, but his tests won't be anything completely new. He lets you know what to expect on tests. The workload is average, and there is usually a solutions manual rolling around.
