Dr. Campbell is not that good at explaining stuff. His class is so damn boring. I think only about 50-60% of people shows up. He takes attendance only if most of the people shows up, but I don?t think he does anything with those attendance records. The homework is pretty damn frustrating, because some answers on the back of the book (A-BOB) are wrong some of the A-BOB can be different from yours depending on what numbers you used, some answers requires iteration. His tests are easy only because he use old test questions and he grades pretty damn easy. Getting an A in his class isn?t hard, but that doesn?t mean you don?t have to work or will like the class. You probably won?t remember of the materials in the class either, because most of the class is learning how to use manufacturers? classification methods, so you can decide which bearing to use. This class makes me want to change my major and pull my hair out. I don?t know about his helpfulness. He seems un-welcoming at office hours. He might even get mad at you for showing up at other times. The key to success in his class is the buddy system. Go to the T-room and work in a damn group.

Dr. Campbell is a kinda kooky guy, but he is pretty cool. He only got his Ph.D in 2000 so he is very easy to talk to and relates well to students. You will end up doing a lot of work but you are pretty much guaranteed a B. (You have to really put in some work to get a C or below) Do your homework for sure, its 25%.
