Review from a student who took N 224
There is just something about Dr. Pattillo that I don't like. I think that she can be kind of mean at times compared to all of the other professors. I heard from other students that she makes her clinical students cry, so if you have her for 425P I'd think twice. She does powerpoint presentations for lecture and posts them on EReserve so it's a lot less work taking notes. We don't have any written exams, just "physical" ones where we are graded on how well we assess a person's health condition. There is a study guide that you are supposed to do before class every week, and she does check to make sure you've done it (even thought it's not really graded), so make sure you take care of your stuff.
