Review from a student who took 227
I really really like Mrs. Patton. She is very passionate about her field and she really wants you to enjoy the material. She uses her family experiences as examples in the lecture, which is sometimes hard for her to talk about. She does it, nonetheless, so we can get a real-life take on what she's lecturing about. She has a great personality to go along with her great teaching style as well. Her exams aren't difficult at all- they come straight from lecture and they are multiple choice. I honestly haven't opened our book once. I don't know if she always does it, but we get bonus questions at the end of the exams, which is a nice little, well, bonus. :-)
