I have taken my third class with Dr. Morrice, and there's good reason for my doing so. He is one of the nicest professors I have ever had, and he also is extremely knowledgable about what he teaches. Demonstrating the value of various concepts comes easily to him. Specifically about MAN 335H, homework assignments are frequent, but he always gives at least one week between when he lectures about the material and when the associated assignment is due so that you have plenty of time to visit him or his TA in office hours for help. He assigned three group cases, which should not take more than eight to ten hours each. Each team can have up to five members. There is one mid-term and one final, both of which are open notes and book. The problems are basically math word problems applied in a management environment. Dr. Morrice is now famous for bringing in his family during the last week of class to share homemade cookies with the class. This is only one example of how much he loves teaching honors kids.

A tip for any class that involves visits to the computer labs: pay attention at least 50% of the time so that you actually learn the material. Many students will complain that Dr. Morrice's lectures are boring, but he really does teach you something if you are open to learning it. The tests are open-book, and the group projects are a bit time-consuming but not too bad overall.
