AN EASY A!! li is the best teacher for this class. i mean, this is basically remedial math so it is easy. but he genuinely wants all the students to understand why children think the way they do and what methods are most popular for teaching elementary math. i think everyone really liked li because he was pretty lenient. there are 5 quizzes (15%), homework and 2 project papers (35% together), a midterm and final (20% each) and attendance (10%). homework is incredibly easy and you are allowed to drop the lowest 3 grades. the projects are easy, but i would recommend emailing him a rough draft, that way you are assured a super high A. this semester he exempted anyone who had an average above a 98. it sounds like a high average, but its not b/c the class is so easy. even if you take the final (which was on the last day of lecture), it's easy. i got exempted because of my 99 average and barely put an work into the class. i think the final class average was a 91 for the class, which is extremely high! take li!!
