Alright folks listen up. Avoid this prof at all costs unless hers is the last class open. Even then I would think twice. I think the last reviewer said something about arrogance. I second that. You will get nothing out of this class. The only thing that might keep you awake during her lectures is the pics the other reviewer mentioned. You will work your hiney off and still make a B in this class. Loads and loads of reading.One last piece of advice from a well wisher. STAY AWAYYYYYY!!!

This course was not very interesting. I remember seeing lots of slides of children and animals with vitamin deficiencies, so if you get weary about those kinds of images: beware! The professor was arrogant too. From my expereience, she required students to meet with her at a lunch period, where she criticized different aspects of various non-science majors. The tests were decent though, and I thought that was one aspect that was fair. Also, the TA gave the best reviews for tests.

Possibly the biggest bitch on campus. She seemed to go out of her way to be a cunt. Her TA was great, but she was not only condescending, but possibly the most egotistical professor I've ever met. Do not take this class unless you want to waste your time being frstrated by her shenannigans. Fuck you, Dr. F-G. Fuck. You.

The worst professor I have ever had. As others said, AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS. She is arrogant and condescending on top of being extremely inflexible. You have a question in class? Too bad, she'll ignore you and keep talking. She likes to brag about her home life and how her husband is a doctor, and she jet sets to different countries, she has a huge ranch, etc etc., so be ready. She doesn't do the +/- system and doesn't round up. She also offers no extra credit and the final is cumulative and mandatory, while other nutrition professors offer no final if you're happy with your grade. HORRIBLE PROFESSOR. Take ANY other professor, you'll thank me later. Jane the TA is amazing though, and her reviews and office hours are extremely helpful.
