Quizes every 2 weeks over exact same homework problems assigned (answers posted online) first two test were a breeze but the final was pretty hard. Nice professor, very approachable.

Professor Chen is an enthusiastic professor who cares about his students. He curves generously and grades easily. There is HW due about every 2 weeks and he gives the solutions before it is due. Actually the HW isnt even graded. There is a quiz when it's due. The quiz is a HW problem with the same values and everything. There are 2 midterms and a final. The first midterm had no surprises. This course forces you to learn the material pretty independently. I like the textbook so this is no problem. I have heard others say that they don't like the book. I can't understand why. I recommend Chen.
