I'm a business major, but I like Biology over any other science courses. But after this class, I'm really scared to take another Bio class. His personality is great, makes jokes, and does demos in class that are very interesting. However, the tests were really hard. I failed the first one but worked extremely hard for the second and the final to get a B for the class. He also gives notes as he writes them on the projection, which is bad for me because I counldn't read his writing most of the time. Just beware, if you're a good note-taker and listener, then you can do well.

Bronson is interesting and he makes the topic fairly interesting. The tests are not difficult but beware of the curve-- he curves *down*.

simple class. don't miss a day because the lecture is deffinitely on the test. easy test if you study. very fair. curves up if you're close to the next highest grade.

For a non-major biology class, it was tough. Lecture was so incredibly boring, and things you wouldn't expect to appear on the exam did. He curves but only because his tests are ridiculous.

At first I thought Dr. Bronson was kinda cute, like the little old man from UP. But, BEWARE. The tests are SUPER difficult, the questions are tricky purposely, and he often throws questions on there that it is literally impossible for you to know based on only the class materials and readings. He sometimes will also refuse to answer questions if he thinks they are too specific. One thing I did like about him was that he gave you the opportunity to ask questions during the test if you needed to. The grade distribution of the tests is nonsense. The first was worth 30 pts, the next two 40 pts and the last 80. You got 10 for attending EVERY discussion section for a total of 200. So your grade pretty much hinges on the final, which is extremely stressful when you have other tests going on. LOVES to talk about reproduction and sex, which can be pretty entertaining coming from him, but he is hard to understand.
