Review from a student who took DCH 375
Professor Bos is really cool. I took DCH 375 from her and even though the class was a Tues-Thurs class, we only actually met once a week. Most of the class was spent discussing the readings that we had read the previous week. She gave us all of the readings in Dutch and English, so it was actually pretty easy to get by without speaking much Dutch in the class. We had 1 page essays due every other week and a 3 page essay due at the end, but she graded them pretty easily. I don't know about DCH604 or DCH612, but 375 was really easy. Dutch is also a fairly easy language for English speakers to pick up because they're closely related.
