Review from a student who took AST 301
This is a great professor to get in general, and if he is teaching AST 301, take him!! When I took it, it was 4 exams (no cumulative) drop the lowest grade and/or replace the second lowest grade with an optional project. He does his best to make lectures entertaining and understandable, and there is not too much math.
