Review from a student who took FR 310L
The 310K and L series for French is great. You only have to know how to read in French, no speaking or writing. I think it helps you understand more about French culture instead of hammering vocab and grammer. We read all different kinds of literature and watched some French movies. I hear that they are revamping the course to include some more modern literature as well. Skidmore is a great teacher, she's laid back and the course is low key and very enjoyable.
