This professor is a dinosaur who just rests on his tenure. I would definitely not recommend to take his class.

Dr. Rao is an amazing professor. It is rare to find a professor who is so well respected in his field, both academically and by business, and who is also an excellent teacher. He knows how to present the material in a way that facilitates learning, and he actually cares that his students learn. He is pretty humble about his accomplishments, but if you do a little investigation, you can see how well respected he is. I am finishing my first course with him now, and I found this page as I was looking for a list of other courses he teaches.
