Professor Novoselov knows and enjoys what he is talking about. I think he is very fair and constantly wants feedback so that he can do his job better. He speaks English fluently, but he has a Russian accent that can make understanding him difficult at times.

KN is an interesting professor. A dynamic lecturer but his accent makes it hard to understand. So you really MUST pay attention. I stopped attending his later classes because you can read the chapters and he posts his slides on the internet. Just follow the syllabus. The only change in my grade was an increase in test scores and quizzes. So if you're an independent studier, u can def do it with KN.
