Review from a student who took Mus 313 Piano
This was absolutely the best class I've ever taken at UT. It was really fun, and basically 3 hours of A automatically if you go to class. And you won't have a problem because it'll be so much fun you'll always want to attend. Don't worry about the walking distance to the building, because, like I said, you'll love it so much it won't seem bad to you at all. Besides, you get 3 unexcused abscences, so you are covered for random emergencies and bad days. Class will also be canceled before holidays and sometimes Fridays. You won't actually take the class with March. In fact, I don't even know who that is. But my TA was Carla and she was the best TA ever. Finally, you need no prior knowledge of music what so ever. Lots of singing and playing music. Exams are easy, you just have to show an effort, no need to play it perfect. So if you can get into this class, take it, it'll be a wonderful boost to your GPA.
