Dr. Liljestrand is an extremely nice person and fair to an extreme. He grades very leniently and spends a good portion of his time going over homework problems in class. My main issue with him is that he sometimes seems a bit unprepared for the course and often looks to be "thinking out loud" while he solves problems. This got to be a frustrating habit over the course of the semester.

Professor Liljestrand is very nice and approachable. He is there during lab and basically walk you through everything you need to do. When he does sample problems during class, he often makes small mistakes and talks to himself while trying to find the error. It makes it a bit confusing. But other than that, he is happy to answer your questions. The final exam replaces the first or the second exam. Overall, the class was pretty easy.
