Review from a student who took ME 205
Well, you have no choice but you might as well know what you're in for. The class is useless. You are getting an 'A'. Because the only other possible grades are an 'F', and incomplete, or a drop. That's it. There is no lecture. You teach yourself the basics of C and matlab from his notes. you do the same with a C and Matlab basics book from Barnes and Noble, but this way you get to spend hundreds of dollars doing it. Don't procrastinate. You can do the entire class the last week if you want to, there are no exams, but you won't sleep if you do. And, you're other classes will sufer. If you want some advice, do the entire class in the first week and have some free time for the other classes you're taking.
