Stay away from Klingner. Wait until the spring semester and take someone else for CE 301. The tests are impossibly hard and he refuses to curve anything. His lectures are boring and irrelevant.

At first Klingner seems interesting...but then you realize that his class and labs become absolute hell!! Most of your grade is from tests and most of your work is in lab. His classes are VERY boring and labs suck, but supposedly he is nationally renown....so good luck!

Klingner treats you like you are ten years old. His lectures were boring and uninformative. Not only did he test unreasonably but his grading was based mainly on your tests. I found the class tedious and a waste of my time. Unfortunately he now teaches ce 301 which everyone has to take.

Klingner is EVIL. DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS. His lectures are pointless and mindnumbingly boring. He teaches the class as though it were easy, and then gives 3 incredibly hard and unfair exams, on which 70% of your grade is calculated. Don't let me get started on the labs...
