Review from a student who took EE 360K
The tests were way too long!!! I don't know anyone in the class who thought his tests were fair. The tests were not made to finish in 1 hr and 15 min. He made us solve an entire trellis diagram on the test (plus 4 more probllems)!!! I sometimes wondered if he could even finish his own test. In order to score as high as possible it became a matter of picking the problem that was worth the most and working on that for an hour. And I can see some people saying well split up your time. But you can't!!!! The man awards barely any partial credit! It sucked because the grade you got in the end was a reflection of how well you did on a poorly designed test!

the guy is really slow, you can't understand half the stuff he says, it's all like 'mumble mumble'. his tests are way too long, partial credit - don't even think abt it. it's a problem solving test, which is graded like it were a multiple choice. no matter how much working you show, he doesn't care.
