jane was patient, kind and knowledgeable. she taught with humor, enthusiasm and from a deep understanding of the material... and never forgot the experience of being a novice. jane is a fine teacher and more of those teaching spanish at UT should be of her caliber. why jane isn't a tenured professor is anyone's guess.
