Obviously has a wealth of knowledge regarding the sports industry and the integral communications aspects involved in it. Maybe not the MOST captivating lecturer, but very informative nonetheless. Always willing to talk to you about questions, concerns, and just random things during office hours or after class. Very friendly and accomodating to his students and not a hard grader at all. Go to every single class and you won't even have to read the book to do well on tests in here.

Fortunato is my FAVORITE professor! Some people might be bothered by the mix of stuttering and a Jersey accent, but he is still a pretty good lecturer. He is very professional--what you see is what you get (which makes sense since he's worked in advertising for so long). Always shows up in a suit or wears suspenders...has fun little twerks like saying, "Bless you" in the middle of a lecture when someone sneezes (which is quite a bit when you're in a big auditorium full of kids). He gets caught up in talking about Super Bowl advertising (his background is in sports) and talking about his Italian heritage, but you can always tell what the important points are and his little rants are fun to listen to. He repeats the same information over and over in class and bases tests solely on lectures, so there's no problem on the tests if you just go to class and listen to him. Would HIGHLY recommend this class if you need an enjoyable addition to your schedule. Also, my class started at 12 and usually got done at 12:30...it was almost ridiculous how short class was but I loved it!
