just to counter the last review, this course is pretty darn easy, and downing's not *that* bad...he does ramble, but the rambles are still worth listening to. as for the material...well, more students should be required to take this class.

He's a condescending limey who blathers on endlessly about foolish and obvious things. The good thing is that we watch movies in most of the classes (albeit, generally bad movies). Unfortunately this class is required for RTF majors. Suck it up and good luck.
