Great professor. Takes constant feedback. Very approachable. His lectures are very well organized and he doesn't rush things at all. Takes frequent pauses during lectures to fill us in on real world applications.

Great Professor! VERY approachable during class and in office hours. Very friendly, and will remember every detail about you. Extremely fair grading system. I would take him again if I had the chance.

Nice guy, bad teacher. He expends too much energy on designing the grading scheme and in-class demonstrations/presentations than he does actually teaching the course. So, in a way, he's a lazy professor (but not necessarily lazy in general). For instance, when people got their tests back, they weren't sure what they did wrong since all that was on their papers were a score and a few random check marks. Class was easy, but I didn't feel like I learned anything. I recommend taking Bostick instead since you will be taught better. However, I did appreciate how flexible he was and how tried to tie in his research into the material.

One of the best professors in EE. Very approachable. Lectures are meticulously organzied. Takes a lot of feedback, and is very democratic. You will enjoy the class, since he livens up the lectures by throwing in interesting bits about real world stuff.
