Dr. Angel does a reasonably good job teaching this course, but he often seemed very distanced from the students. I, and most of the class for that matter, generally felt more comfortable discussing matters with TAs. The course has a major project and several tests. Dr. Angel will warn you to get started on the project early in the semester. Two words - DO SO. I waited until the last minute (relatively). It took me at least 3-4 hours a day over a two week period to finish the project. I got an A, but life sucked during that time, since I was also having to study for finals in my other classes at the same time. Tests are multiple choice and essay combined. His test reviews give you a good idea of what you need to study, but there's alot to take in. Anyway, to conclude, Dr. Angel does a very decent job of teaching this very 'thick' course.
