He is a nice guy, he enjoys calculus and cracks jokes in class however, he gives us way too much homework. Every class, a homework is due, and frankly I'm tired of doing this stuff every blessed day. My main focus is no longer learning calculus, but getting the answers down (by any means). His tests are kinda hard, but at least he curves it. Lookin back now, I'm pretty sure given the opportunity, I would not take him. He is not a bad teacher, but I doubt he is the best or should I say i hope he is not the best- if he is, i'm gonna need a lot of help in m408d.

This guy is the biggest dickhead ever. Very unapproachable, gives tons of homework everyday which isn't from the book but his own written stuff. He doesn't follow the book or tells you the lecture is from sections xx thru xx roughly. I got a D in his class and ended up having to retake it, all because of his final. Oh and his first test was almost partially essay. Write some garbage in words about related rates. The second time i took sadler and he breifly touched over related rates while allcock covered it heavily. My advice is to avoid him

This class is very difficult. Mainly because on the homework, a lot of the assigned problems are trig functions of whatever type of problem you just learned. So let's say you just learned optimization. Well, whether it's confusing or not, on the homework you'll have to optimized a few trig functions, increasing the difficulty and without a doubt increasing the confusion. Also, some things on the test are worded in a very akward way. On the first test, for example, he gave us a chain problem which was worded so oddly that 90% of the class mistook it for a related rates problem.
