Although my schedule said it would be Schwab, it ended up being Jinseok Kim. Either way, I don't think it matters what teacher you have, the class is AWFUL. Honest to god, the most terrible class ever invented. Be prepared to hate it. I am a pretty good student, and I usually enjoy my classes, but this was the 1st class that I really really hated. There is no way to even attempt to make the lectures interesting. There is homework due every week, and there are 4 tests. Dr. Kim gave LOTS of room for make ups and extra credit, so most of the people in my class ended up with decent grades. But quite a few people, good students with A's and B's, ended up with C's and were happy about it. The class SUCKS. Dr. Kim was really awesome, very friendly, and tried really hard... the class just sucks and there's no way to make it remotely interesting. Sorry guys!

Tested memory, not learning. Many errors in instructor's handouts and homework assignments. Required text was never used or referred to in class. Instructor appeared to favor some students over others.
