Never take her for M408D. I had her in fall '02 and she was horrible. To prove it, look on the CIS results in UTDirect. The only reason people managed to pass was because they were either really smart in math, had tutors, or it was just thanks to the TA, because she was who got us through. We learned more from the TA than from Gonzalez. Plain and simple, don't take her for M408D!!! There are plenty of other teachers who are better than her.

She's not that bad. There are much better professors out there. But there are worse too (See Ali Naddaf) But she did work with me when I had some problems with her class. She does have a heavy accent. But I didn't think the test or homework was unreasonable.
