Dr. Eaton is a caring professor who wants you to learn. For his class you get to know more about yourself of how you negotiate and mediate. The course allows students to practice mediation in order to fulfill the requirements for a “Certificate of Completion” of the Texas Mediator Trainer Roundtable standards. Students basically can achieve the initial steps to be certified as a Mediator in Texas just from taking his class.The reading is not too heavy and you have to write with clarity but if you don't he provides great feedback & show up for class then there shouldn't be a problem getting an A. He does like to pick on students at random to engage in the class conversation that he sees are not participating themselves.He's passionate about what he teaches & loves it when students interact with him. Overall, great class!
