Student reviews of Robert Brown
Review from a student who took RHE 306
While I felt that my papers were graded very fairly, others in the class complained about their low grades. Instructer seems to lack experience - his lectures were rarely useful (maybe the 1st lecture after an assignment was given would help clarify requirements). He also didn't stick to his plan - there were no quizes, and a book (Fast food america) that was required for the class was never touched. The other books were used rarely. However my BIGGEST COMPLAINT about this prof is that he didn't show up for class on several occasions - even when papers were due! Besides that, grade was based entirely on papers, & the class provides you with time to read the newspaper.
